On January 6, 2023, LEAD2 Chinese Partner Institutions Offline Meeting was held at the National Academy of Education Administration. Experts and scholars from the National Academy of Education Administration, Beijing Normal University, Tongji University, Yunnan Normal University, Guangxi Normal University and China University of Geosciences, attended the meeting. Dean of IICE, Professor LIU Baocun attended the meeting.

The meeting consisted of work summary, case study, project work session and cooperation seminar of partner units four sessions, which summarized the highlights and advantages of each partner unit of LEAD2 project as well as the achievements in building the capacity of China-EU digital academic leadership.

During the meeting, the universities also discussed the main activities, organizational structure and operation mechanism of the "EU-China Academic Leaders Alliance", especially the arrangements for the activities in 2023.
