From January 16 to February 15, 2020, with funding from the China Scholarship Council, IICE Professor LIU Baocun visited the University of Tübingen in Germany for one month. During the visit period, Prof. LIU conducted a systematic study on Germany's policy of creating world-class universities based on Germany's national plan and strategy for academic excellence. He also exchanged views with comparative education scholars such as Professor Karin Amos, Vice President of the University of Tübingen, on the future cooperation between the two institutes.
