On October 24, 2019, the 2019 International Conference on Elementary Teacher Education was jointly held by Capital Normal University and China Education International Exchange Association in Beijing. IICE Distinguished Professor GU Mingyuan attended the conference and delivered a keynote speech entitled ‘Meeting Future Education’.
