IICE Professor LIU Baocun, as the director of the IICE and an executive member of the International Education Council, delivered a speech entitled “The Internationalization of Chinese Higher Education in the Globalized Times: from the Perspective of Student Mobility.” From two major perspectives - Chinese students studying abroad and international students studying in China, Prof. LIU analyzed the situation and issues concerning global students’ mobility, and suggested how to decrease financial deficits for studying abroad, expand enrollment of international students to China, and enhance educational quality.
