     Prof. ZHANG Lili, a tenured associate professor at East Carolina University presented her lecture titled: “Write Publishable World-Class Research Papers: From Start to Finish.” This presentation was moderated by Dr. TENG Jun, and over 70 students and faculty were present at the event.
     Prof. ZHANG has been engaged in working and studying abroad and with rich experience in composing and publishing papers on internationally recognized journals. She believes that academic paper is the vehicle for research harvests, and academic journals are vehicles for academic paper. Thus understanding and mastering the high-standards of academic writing is exceptionally crucial for writing and publishing internationally recognized paper. Using detailed examples, Prof. ZHANG described the entire process of completing a high-class academic paper, and this helped the audience conceptualize the understanding of composing academic literature.
     Last but not least, Prof. ZHANG had a great discussion with the audience regarding the details of academic writing, and this is a great complement to her content-rich, factual-based, and enjoyable presentation.
