On Feb 26, 2018, IICE Professor LIU Baocun attended the Forum on the Ecology Building and Practical Application of Talent Standards in 21st Century and China Education 30 Forum in Guangzhou. More than 100 educational scholars, practitioners and entrepreneurs joined the symposium to share thoughts and ideas on educational reform.
