The overwhelming tide of Globalization which has increasingly made nations economically and politically connected with one another has also affected the way they perceive education. Although nowadays governments tend to view education as means of providing high quality human resources and improving international competitiveness, it is also true that education can also promote mutual understanding and global harmony especially when we establish an international educational forum to enhance comprehension and communication, to appreciate difference and diversity, to promote cooperation and collaboration. It is in the spirit of Harmony, Diversity and Symbiosis that we, after successfully hosting the first (2002) and second (2005) conferences, initiate the 3rd Forum for Comparative Education for scholars worldwide. We fervently hope you to join us if you are interested in.

   450$ (Registered after September 10th, 2008)
   (Please register As Soon As Possible in that the accommodation fee will be raised during the Olympic Games)
2. Traffic fee for trip and accommodation fee charged by yourself
3. Meal fee and etc charged by the conference secretariat

Registry Deadline:
                 The registration form should be submitted before July 31, 2008. by email.

Deadline for Paper Calling:
                  The abstract of the paper and the full paper should be submitted before August 30, 2008.
